Denise Scale - Director/Event Manager/Host

Denise has been involved in the Singles Events industry for the past 6 years now either as a paying customer or an Event Organiser/Host. She became very passionate about this industry and realised that Events and Activities could be done a lot better than the ones she was experiencing, so this prompted her to start Singles on the Gold Coast to provide singles with choices to socialise! During this time she has prided herself in providing fun, friendly, affordable activities and events for single people to come on out, enjoy and meet new people. Her motto is that you are treated like a guest at any of her functions and if you don’t feel that way please let her know as she takes this very seriously.

Now to a new era and it can only get better CBD Singles has been born by the merger of two companies and is taking on the challenge to keep providing and improving our Singles Events and Activities.

Renee Morgan – Director/Event Manager/Host

Renee has worked in the singles industry in South East Queensland for just over 12 years organising & hosting fun social events and making dating fun for hundreds of singles. She is personally responsible for many happy couples, marriages and babies too!

Renee believes that results are best achieved by meeting others in a fun and safe environment where singles can mingle at their own leisure with no pressure to have to connect with anyone allowing chemistry to take its course.

After 10 years of working in the introduction industry Renee started her own company Romantic Rendezvous in Brisbane in July 2006 after recognizing a much-desired service of upmarket events for 30+ singles.

In January 2008 and having just started a young family of her own Renee decided to seek out a business partner who shared a similar passion in an industry that hasn’t really has the best interests of singles in their hearts. In February 2008 Renee met Denise who had Singles on the Gold Coast. It was Denise’s honest, friendly and passionate personality that appealed immediately to Renee and within weeks CBD Singles was being born.

Our goal is to continue providing quality events and opportunities for all singles to meet others in a fun, safe and affordable environment. Our clients continue to dictate the direction and future events of our business – after all we are at your service!
