Free Subscription Service

• You must be genuinely unattached
• You must have good intentions of forming sincere relationships, whether it is friendship or a serious relationship.
• You must provide personal information including your name, a current email address, contact phone number, your age bracket, sex and region area.
• If your contact details change you must notify us immediately so there is no delay in services provided to you.
• Our free subscription service entitles you to receive monthly calendars, newsletters and special offers.
• You must always conduct yourself in an honest and polite manner towards other guests and staff.
• CBD Singles Pty Ltd is not an introduction or dating agency and will not disclose another clients contact information to you. If you are interested in seeking future contact with another client you will need to approach them yourself in order to obtain this information.
• Our free service entitles you to attend any event marked with a . Which events you attend marked with this symbol is completely at your discretion.
• There is no need to book into our free service events – simply turn up and pay the event cost at the door!
• You understand that CBD Singles Pty Ltd has the right to terminate your subscription should you breach any of the above-mentioned conditions.

Registered Service

• CBD Singles Pty Ltd is not an introduction or dating agency and will not disclose another clients contact information to you. If you are interested in seeking future contact with another client you will need to approach them yourself in order to obtain this information.
• Events are to be paid for either through the CBD Singles website PAYPAL system or via direct deposit into CBD Singles bank account. We also accept payment by cheque however these must be received a minimum of 1 week prior to the date of the event being attended.
• You understand that CBD Singles Pty Ltd has the right to terminate your membership should you breach any of the above-mentioned conditions.

Exclusive Service

• You must be genuinely unattached
• You must have good intentions of forming sincere relationships, whether it is friendship or a serious relationship.
• You must provide all contact information including a current address, contact numbers, email address, details of your current workplace and 3 forms of identification.
• If your contact details change you must notify us immediately so there is no delay in services provided to you.
• You must always conduct yourself in an honest and polite manner towards other guests and staff.
• CBD Singles Pty Ltd is not an introduction or dating agency and will not disclose another clients contact information to you. If you are interested in seeking future contact with another client you will need to approach them yourself in order to obtain this information.
• The Exclusive service entitles you to attend any of our events however our events are designed specifically for our Exclusive clients only.
• Which events you attend are completely at your discretion.
• Events are to be paid for either through the CBD Singles website PAYPAL system or via direct deposit into CBD Singles bank account. We also accept payment by cheque however these must be received a minimum of 1 week prior to the date of the event being attended.
• The registration fee of $497.00 is mandatory to become an exclusive client of CBD Singles Pty Ltd. This fee covers your initial consultation including professional profiling and administration costs.
• Your registration will never expire however you understand that CBD Singles Pty Ltd has the right to terminate your registration with no refund should you breach any of the above-mentioned conditions.

Meet and Mingle Refund Policy

At Meet and Mingle, we understand that the unexpected can happen. So if you are unable to attend an event that you have booked and paid for, you should tell us as early as possible by calling us or emailing us.

If you cancel a booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time of the event, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for that event.

If you cancel a booking inside of 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time of the event, you will incur a $15 administration and booking fee.

If we have incurred out of pocket expenses in relation to your booking, and are unable to obtain a refund of those expenses, then we will require you to reimburse us. However, we will not do so if we are able to find somebody else to take your spot. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity and will do the very best to find somebody to take your place, and in most cases we do have waiting lists for our events.
